What changes with Net-Metering?

From now on the owner of the photovoltaic system will not be paid through a guaranteed price for his system production. He will be reimbursed through energy offsetting between his individual consumption and photovoltaic production. This minimizes energy cost over the 25 years agreement with the energy supplier. It also means that the risk of unexpected changes of energy prices by supplier’s unilateral decisions is eliminated.

How will I know which photovoltaic system better suits my needs?

Saving depends on how and when you consume electric power and can reach 80% of your total annual spending for electric power. Where can I set up my photovoltaic system?

According to the current law the Photovoltaic systems can be established on the roof or in nearby areas of the building (such as gardens). In the case of a block of flats, the system can be placed in common areas, with approval from the other owners.
